I am running a report to do a blitz. How can I target bookings that my fall within my comp set but not only in my comp set? How can I also review the booking details up to 450 attendees?
Begin the search under the booking attributes. Under total est attendees add the minimum and max of attendees. Then click on the plus (+) sign for the search to filter properly. Move to property attributes to include specific properties for the search. Notice there are four different options to choose from: Centerpoint, Market, Address, and Compset. You have two options to see bookings within your compset but not only in your compset. You can select your market or utilize the centerpoint radius search. Please note by selecting your market it will widen your search of properties/accounts that may not be nearest your hotel. I recommend the centerpoint search under property attributes to narrow down specific hotels within and nearest your comp set. Add your city, state, or zip code then select the mile radius of hotels that you’d like to include. Notice the properties will populate on the right hand side under properties. Then select account attributes and utilize the centerpoint search radius to find headquarted accounts nearest your hotel.
Click on Booking Attributes
Type in the max number of attendees and click on the plus (+) sign for the search to filter
Click on Property Attributes
Add city, state, or zip code under center point search
Note: You can add more than one center point for the search and all locations will be located under centerpoints
Select radius by moving the dial left (decrease) or right (increase)

Note: You can add more than one centerpoint for the search by repeating steps 4-6 and all locations will be located under centerpoints
