You can run a search for all groups that held holiday-related events in your comp set by utilizing the Advanced Search feature with your Insight subscription.
In the black bar at the top of the page, click on the "Advanced" link in the top menu (to the right of keyword search).
- Select your desired date range from the "Held events between" filter. You can use a single date range or multiple. A good start for a holiday report is November 1 through the following January 31 in order to capture all groups meeting for holiday events. To include the date range, be sure to click the blue “Add date range” button.
- In the "Event Name" keyword box, enter in the word "holiday" or any other keyword you would like to search for. Searching “holiday” under “Event Name” will only return event names with that exact word in them. If you want to search multiple keywords in a group event name, you will want to run multiple searches with only one keyword in the keyword search.
- You can choose to either search with only the above criteria, or you can add any other filters in order to narrow down your search even further.
Once you have the search results you need, you can export them to have them on-hand in a list. You can find the red “Export” link to the right of the result count for groups and properties.
