Signing in
Here’s how to get signed in:

  1. From www.knowland.com click “Sign In” on the top right, or visit login.knowland.com.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. When you’re ready to go click the “Sign In” button. (If you subscribe to multiple products, you’ll be prompted to choose one on the following screen.)

Signing in with LinkedIn
Signing in with LinkedIn lets you skip entering your email address and password. You'll also see your LinkedIn network contacts appear within many of the group profiles in Insight.

  1. From www.knowland.com click “Sign In” on the top right, or visit login.knowland.com.
  2. Next to the “Sign In” button, click the “Sign In with LinkedIn” link.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Click the "Sign in with LinkedIn" button.
  5. You'll be prompted by LinkedIn to enter your LinkedIn credentials.
  6. The next time you return to this page, it will recognize your LinkedIn cookie and sign you in automatically!


Troubleshooting

Activating your account
Make sure you’ve set up a password for yourself from the account creation email sent to you. If you have trouble finding that email, see Resetting your password.

“Sorry, we couldn't find an account with that email address.”
It could be a typo or the wrong email address. Double-check that it's the same email you used to sign up with Knowland.

Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten the password you use to sign in with Knowland, you can easily reset it at any time.

  1. Start by visiting login.knowland.com.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Below email input, click “Reset Password.”
  4. On the next page, confirm your email address is correct, then click the “Send Reset Password Email” button.
  5. Check your email and follow the link provided to create a new password.
  6. As you enter your new password, make it sure it meets 2 of the 3 requirements. When the new password is valid, you’ll be able to click the button to create your new password and automatically sign in.

 

Troubleshooting

Not receiving your password reset email?
If you've followed the steps above and have yet to receive a password reset email from Knowland, first be sure to check all the tabs, folders, and spam filters in your inbox. Still not there? Drop Client Care a line at clientcare@knowland.com.

“Sorry, we couldn't find an account with that email address.”

“Your new password must be different than previous password.”
For security reasons, you won’t be able to choose a password you’ve previously used. Please try selecting a different one.
